Anti Complement factor H (human, ß1H-globulin)

Mouse monoclonal antibody

Cat.No. GAU 020-03

Subclass IgG1/k
Presentation:

Preparation: Protein-A/G purified
Content: Available in 200 µL and 1 mL
Concentration: 1 mg/mL
Solvent: 0.01 M phosphate buffer, pH 7.4, with 0.5 M NaCl and 15 mM sodium azide
Storage: In the dark at 4-8ºC

Antigen:

Factor H is a regulatory factor of the alternative pathway of complement activation. Factor H is a glycoprotein consisting of a single polypeptide chain with a molecular mass of 150 kDa.

Immunogen:

Human Factor H (1).

Specificity:

GAU 020-03 is specific for complement factor H in human serum and plasma (1).

Epitope specificity:

Epitope specificity differs from that of GAU 018-03 (1).

Reactivity:

GAU 018-03 can be used as a capture antibody in sandwich ELISA with GAU 020-03 as detection antibody.
This antibody pair specifically detects native 150 kDa factor H and does not cross react with the truncated form of factor H (1).
