NGAL is the first renal toxicology biomarker to cover all standard animal models of drug discovery, adding coherence in renal toxicology studies of any drug candidate.

BioPorto Diagnostics offers an NGAL portfolio of ELISA kits and antibodies permitting the measurement of mouse, rat, guinea pig, dog, cat, pig and monkey NGAL. BioPorto also offers human NGAL ELISA kits which can be used in clinical studies, e.g. to detect nephrotoxicity in the relevant phases of clinical trials.
