February-April a glance

BioPorto issued its Annual Report and held its Annual General Meeting in March. As approved at the meeting, the Board of Directors has implemented a stock option program for management, employees and board members. The Company’s management also held meetings with interested investors. BioPorto participated in two congresses and launched an antibody against monkey NGAL in April. The distributor network has been strengthened with two additional OEM distributors. Please see the short account of NGAL in animals.
