Products should be ordered from your local BioPorto Diagnostics A/S distributor. If there is no distributor in your country, please order directly from BioPorto Diagnostics A/S.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Shipping according to EX WORKS Incoterms. No returns can be accepted without prior written approval of BioPorto Diagnostics A/S and only if the product is unopened and not custom manufactured.
The product must only be used according to directions given on the product datasheet or label, which are an integral part of these terms and conditions and must be strictly followed. BioPorto Diagnostics A/S reserves the right to change product specifications (e.g. buffer system) to maximize product quality.
In no event shall BioPorto Diagnostics A/S be liable or responsible for any claim, damage or liability of any kind or nature resulting from use, handling and storage of the product other than expressly stated in the datasheet or label instructions. Any liability shall not exceed the commercial value of the product. BioPorto Diagnostics A/S shall be hold harmless of any loss or claim arising or occurring as a result of (i) personal injury or property damage proximately caused by buyers simple negligence or intentional misconduct, or any modification by buyers or agents to the product (ii) other personal injury or property damage caused by buyers simple negligence or international misconduct, (iii) any violation of applicable law, rule or regulation by buyer. These Terms and Conditions is governed by Danish law and be settled by the Danish Courts.
